All graphics, logos, and written work on Vuzit.com and Hovitate.com are owned by Hovitate, LLC and therefore fall under the copyright laws. While we do not own the original files and their corresponding viewable documents as a result of our program, we do reserve the right to delete said files in a timely manner (whether it be for regular maintenance or for inappropriate material).

Hovitate, LLC takes no responsibility for where the user obtains their documents that they convert or for who sees it.

Personal Information:

  1. How long are the files stored on your servers?
    The files are stored on our server for 24 hours. Residual copies may exist for up to four weeks due to backups that are recycled.
  2. Do you use cookies on your site?
    We do use cookies on our site. But users may turn their cookies off for our site should they so choose.
  3. Can anyone access my document?
    Each document is given a uniquely identifiable web address that will expire once the 24 hour cycle has been reached.
  4. Is my information shared with anyone?
    Hovitate, LLC does not require user information at this time (i.e. user login) therefore does not require anything of its user base. We do use Google AdSense for ad revenue; however, Google does not require any personal information from the user to place the ads on the Vuzit site.
  5. Is my IP (Internet Protocol) Address logged?
    All user IP Addresses are logged for the benefit of administration purposes.
  6. Is anything I do on Vuzit subject to release to any third parties?
    Should any laws be broken, Hovitate, LLC reserves the right to comply with the law in such matters. Hovitate, LLC will not impede the law should any action be taken by the law against any users of Vuzit. In addition, Google AdSense will pull information from the document for purposes of placing ads on the relevant page.
  7. What kinds of files are allowed to be converted through Vuzit?
    Any offensive material (i.e. pornography) that is found on the site or reported to the members of the Vuzit team, will be removed immediately. Hovitate, LLC wishes their product Vuzit to be available and used by all age ranges. While Hovitate, LLC wishes to promote a unique site, Hovitate, LLC also wants to promote a site that both understands and respects professional and family values.
